GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS
California is often the first state to enact major legislation affecting manufacturing and environmental issues. Frequently, new California laws and regulations influence the legislatures of other states as well as the U.S. Congress. CFMA Sacramento representation ensures that its members will be heard and their concerns adequately considered before new laws and regulations are passed. The CFMA Legislative Committee is currently focusing on the following issues:
